Maltodextrin

Maltodextrin is a solid powder made from corn starch through the processes of liquefaction, saccharification, refining, evaporation and concentration, and spray drying. Liquid maltodextrin can also be used without drying.

Maltodextrin has the characteristics of low sweetness, no odor, easy to digest, low heat, good solubility, little fermentation, good filling effect, not easy to absorb moisture, strong thickening property, good carrier, good stability, and difficult to deteriorate.

Widely used in beverage, frozen food, candy, cereal, dairy products, health products and other industries, can also be used in textile, household necessities, pharmaceutical production.
